Sure.

I do it by focusing on specific countries rather than just google itself.

So i might toss into google

blog .gov.cn
forum .edu.fr

If i come across one that won't allow you to make your own blog, i'll toss that site back into google

site: blahblah.forum.edu.fr

sort by pank rank using seo quake, and then go and comment on all the pages that have good PR.

But you guys know it WON'T COUNT AS A .EDU backilnk, ok?
Coz it's not .Edu....it's .edu.AU
 
Just because it's an Australian domain in this example doesn't mean it won't count as an edu backlink.

It's still an edu backlink, did you think the only edu backlinks that count are american ? I think not. Same deal with .gov backlinks.

Yahoo site explorer will confirm this for you once indexed.

Also, don't post spam, do like that other guy and post some artistic shit and then come back to it later.
 
When I tried to create a new account on 10/16/09, there is a drop-down box that is required...and there are no choices in the box (membership type). You can't get past the first page.

I don't know if they disabled it or the site is just crapping out...

Yeah some peopled spammed it instead of playing it cool and ruined it for everyone. I figured this might happen which is why i only shared one site to begin with, no chance i'll be sharing the other ones i have now.
