I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Pretty bad tbh. I noticed someone on the forum mention they had the same issues and i sent him a mail. Been emailing back and forth trying to help the guy as his seems really severe too. ont know if thats what you meant but there it is

no one here is a qualified medical professional

I will say this is a generous give away. Donating to a charity or prove you deserve it? Those are more than fair conditions. Hats off to you OP.
