Unfortunately all of these will kind of be worthless because of how many links are on the pages. That PR is split between 100 sites or whatever.

Well as I said do your own research I have more than 30 galleries on my list with PR2-PR4 and no one is posting links on them except me.
 
please remove the links in OP, people are spamming the shit out of them and they are gonna get tipped off

With sites this big it's not too bad to give the main link and let people find their own PR areas from that main link. It's when everyone starts hitting the same link with their sites that f's it all up.The more people put links on it, the PR rating for that page actually goes down, but everyone is so stuck trying to get their link there, they are not realizing that.

I just tried this out but html does not give a link in the comments. You can write the url in, but no link.

all sites are from the same ip address,you will not get any link juice from google.

Its only one site.And you will get link juice for posting your link.

There are 1000 of links on those 3 exemple pages you posted. Href is not working.
 
The links are clickable as far as I can tell.

Those specific webshot pages the OP listed are f-ing hilarious! I have NEVER seen that many spam links out in plain site...!!!!
