I need my PR1 site to take up to PR5. Obviously I want to outsource the task and I want to know:

    1. how long it should take to get PR5
    2. how much it can cost
    3. how can i ensure that PR will not drop back in the future.

If there are any other things I should know please let me know.

AND... maybe you can give me reliable service or person who can do this for me?

    1) 6 months to 1 year... It also depends upon site and promotion but if everything done in proper way you can get there... There are lots of factors so without checking your site it's not possible to comment...

    2) It will cost you good amount... You need good site plus good promotion... Site with proper business model will get easily there...

    3) It's not fix so if you stop working on site and promotion it will go down... Once you have crossed PR 5 then PR tends to stick better but even that can't guarantee to stick for ever...

Don't make PR your target, you should consider ranking and visitors... If you will make good site and good promotion PR will automatically come... I may help you out with this, send me PM if you are interested...

    1. at least 2 or more PR updates and do-follow links from PR 6 & above.

    2. can be free if you stumble the "right place" or pay to buy links from PR6 and above sites with do-follow. Alternately, you can also find high PR pages to donate money to and leave your link.

    3. no guarantee.

I've seen PR4 with a lot of backlink and over a year to achieve the result. PR5? That would be very long.

PR4 is "easy" to achieve, from PR4 to PR5 there is a big gap and it will take you far more time to get from PR4 to PR5 instead of PR1 to PR4.
