Hello,

I'm having article submission websites that are between 2-8 PR .. I'm wondering what is the minimum PR i should go with to have HQ backlinks ? I think it's 3 or 4 , correct me if wrong Also ,, can i use the same article (C+P) in all websites or google will consider it as spam ?

I checked it now and it's dead lol anyway i still have a list of them (2-7) now ..
