hi,

i was wanting to know is it possible to get a site to a PR rank of 2-3 without having any content on it... like just having a blank page with some links or something?

i have around 3 domains i have will be making sites in around 5 months and would like to make them PR but dont want to put much on them

You want to build links and you dont want to write some simple content?

well not at this time, i will later on i think but i would like to get PR... im selling a site that i spend most of my time on so when that is sold i will be doing the content but that will be in 3-4 months... i have time to do the PR but i just wanted to know.

Yes you can.
I have PR 4 on the page that have 2-3 sentence.

This is a guess.. but throw a basic html page up with seo optimised good looking is irrelivant.
use heading tags make your first paragraph key word rich and throw links on.
then.. blast with usual BH methods, backlinks etc

ping backlinks has worked like a charm. just follow the reviews and hot topics to start. i do suggest getting a simple html page before you do that. be sure to use appropiate title,meta,keywords,h1,p and atleast a few lines of text around your keywords and have a few keywords as anchor text linking to your domain itself.
