PR vs Domain Authority - Suggestions for Blog Network

I am about to build a private blog network. I can easily get some good PR domain (PR3+). Also can find good Domain Authority domain (20+). But in most cases finding a domain with both PR3+ and good Domain Authority by SEOMoz is a big deal.

I was wondering, in which factor you guys give more concentration in?

PR or Domain Authority/Page Authority by SEOMoz?

My initial plan is to build the network with PR3+ domains. But I am struggling with both combo at the same time. Of course my plan is to sell blog posts from the network.

I have now 3 situations:

- Having the network with PR3+ domains without considering DA/PA (Very few domains will surely have DA)
- Having the network with minimum PR0 but Domain Authority will be minimum 20
- Or mix it up. Some will be PR0 with 40 DA/PA, where the PR4 site can have Zero Domain Authority/Page Authority

Which option you will buy links from?

P.S I am not selling here, just seeking suggestions from everyone.
