After this update lot of sites goes down , now Google looks natural links as well as diverse links.

Yes there was an update in February that showed user's their current page rank. Some say they have noticed changes in ranking, others say they have not. Its hard to say if this one factor had any significant impact. Remember that it is one of hundreds of factors that are used to rank a web page.
