I think the toolbar is one of the most accurate for detecting valid page rank in both the home page as well as the inner pages.

There are tons of websites that let you check the PR of your website but most only check the PR of the homepage or the domain itself.

if you use google chrome use, SEO for google chrome app, its great. Just 1 click and you can get a-z info of the site your on.

No change for me in PR.. only the rankings improved..
