There was a new PR Update today, one of my site jumped from PR 0 - PR 4 another one from PR 0-3 and my boss's sites which Iam working on jumped from 0-4 , 0-4

yeah pr is all over the place, but i'm not sure how accurate it is, cause i got a 2 week old domain, with some simple text on it, and it went to PR1...

hmm thats weired, I have been doing backlinking for my domains so a PR hike was totally expected and Iam quite satisfied
