PR Update - HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!

Seems like there is ANOTHER PR update happening right now, just checked like 40% of my domains have got another PR then 2days before.

What? Is this like 3rd time in some 30day periodThe Pagerank update have been done?

I noticed the pages now show Page PR and not site PR using seobook toolbar.
 
Aren't pageranks constantly being updated, always? I'm pretty sure google doesnt just pick a day to check page ranks, it just automatically happens.

Anyways, hope you went up.
 
Although PR is always updating we don't usually see the updates that reguarly, one of my sites has seen its 3rd update today, something odd is happening never experienced such frequent change before!

May be they are tweaking their algorithm.
 
Yea, just noticed every page on my main site is ranked now.

No PR update for me though.
 
Some of my 12 day old pages are PR3. :bigeyes:

Hope it sticks.
 
No new pr on my sites. I know one will jump when the next update happens. I have two running theories about whats going on.

1. They are updating new sites public PR quicker these days.

2. They are moving to rolling updates for the public PR.
 
My theory:

Google rolled out Panda update only to the English Search, but today they announced that they will roll out the Panda update for every other language as well: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2011/08/high-quality-sites-algorithm-launched.html

I think that the PR of the affected sites will change because of their new way of valuing websites.

Edit: Also the English websites won't notice a pr change cause that happened the last time they updated pr so fast, now it's time for the rest of the world, just a theory though.
 
Just 30 days and PR 1 :)
High Competitive word, now getting a little traffic!

With that you just said means WE with english language website are SAFE from "panda" for a while ? :D

No I mean that they are already hit by Panda :)

They first rolled it out for USA search, then for all English searches and now for all languages, this means that any websites with different language than English is going to see some changes eventually.
 
I like the frequent pr changes. In the future, maybe they'll update pr everyday.
