Hey I am wondering if i get a link from a sub page on a site that is PR5 or PRS6, does google consider this to be a high ranking link despite that fact that the sub page doesn't have high PR?

I could be wrong, but I don't think so. Unless of course there is some relevant content on the page you are linked from, that will gain you more value.

yes, any link is good tecnically. I don't think the value from a PR home page passes on through deeppages, so thats irrelevant. But if there is relevant content on there it will be a great page to link from any way. make sure its do follwo though
