What is the diffrence between PR N/A and PR 0 ?

since google use both there most be somekind of diffrence

I don't know exactly what does that means but I know that when a page have been just indexed and you haven't build any link yet it's shown as PR:N/A, and shortly therafter a link building campaign it shows PR 0, Maybe this does mean that PR0 is slighly higher than PR N/A

N/A means there were no PR updates since the domain was registered.
PR0 means the domain was evaluated at a PR updated and deserved 0

Pr N/A are not have value in Google but Pr 0 have value and greater than Pr N/A

Pr0 is also a page rank, but pr not available means your site hasn't index by google yet.
This is a wrong concept.

PR0 means Google thinks your site doesn't deserve to be on Page Rank scale.

PR N/A means Google hasnt updated PR of your site, you need to wait till a new PR update.
