1. MS stands for Market Samurai

2. Viagra Boys are the spammers who also use profile pages for backlinks to rank for viagra and cialas keywords. They are known for finding those sites and exploiting them before many find out about them.

3. Ol boy- Can mean good ol boy. Broken down further it means the person previously mentioned. In my post I talked about a guy who wrote a ebook about backlinks. Then mentioned him again as in "ol boy who wrote that book". I see you have NJ as your home state and this term may not be used there. It is commonly used in the southern states.

4. You answered your own question.

some people just make profile, optimize it for some keyword and use it as their money page since it is easier to get higher PR after update there, and it will be trusted by google, at first anyway

As others have said before - don't make the profile thinking that it will be what cures your SERP woe's.

Profile links are best user in one of two ways - one of which has already been mentioned - using the sites internal linking structure to your advantage.

The second best way is to use them en-mass as low level links that get funneled through a parasite like a squidoo len's or blogger blog.

For perspective, 99% of my xrumer work is profile linking and I've taken some good SERP positions with them as part of my **************. Google seems to readily index them with very little work on your end, which is what makes them really beneficial.
