PR 7 Homepage Backlinks How much would you pay?

Hi i am going to be selling pr 7 homepage backlinks. I am just wondering how i should price it.

Some specs on the domain


DA 40
PA 50

more than 10 government backlinks
several newspaper backlinks.


I will be selling a mix of backlink types on the homepage. I would like to sell either yearly or permanent?


Banners - (10 will be sold) - $ (permanent homepage link) or ( yearly price )

Sidebar - (10 will be sold) - $ (permanent homepage link) or ( yearly price )

Footer - (10 will be sold) - $ (permanent homepage link) or ( yearly price )

In content text links - (30 will be sold) - $ (permanent homepage link) or ( yearly price )


Maximum OBL is 60

-You do not have to reply to this but it's something to think about-

How much do you have in to it?
How much does it cost you to upkeep it?
How much time do you put in to the site? (include promoting link sales, writing content, etc.)
What is your time valued at?

Add all of this together and divide it by the links you have on there then mark it up accordingly to see what kind of profit you can make off it.

Following prices of what everyone else does can be tricky. I try to suggest to people that they set their own value, you will soon see if you over value yourself and then you can adjust. (either the price or the time spent working on it)

Agree with the first response. Figure out how much you have into it (including random time to maintain it and brain space) add your markup, and then you are golden.

BTW - I might be interested if the price is fair and the websites are clean.
