Best way is to sell them on flippa, as that is the biggest marketplace for domains and websites.

Are their PRs verified? Do they have a good backlink profile? If so, keep them. They can provide valuable links to your main sites (i.e., add them to your PBN.) Else, sell them on Flippa.

What is the PA/DA? Just build up sites on both of them and sell them on Flippa.
