what do you mean, its been active for 1year and 57 days

Funny thing, is I cant seem to find anything when i do a search on google i.e. site:`xxx.com`

can anyone tell me what`s going on

The pr is usually dropped when the domain expires or is pending renewal, etc.

i dont think that will be a problem...

I would make sure the seller isnt using that PR hack. To check the real pr I use SeoQuake or prchecker.info
