PR 4 Domain dilema

So,the story is,i want to build a mini-link juice network for some of my money sites,so i decided to buy some good PR domains on godaddy.

Well i bought one PR 4,and i payed way to much on it,like 80 bucks,it also has a PR 3 page in there aswell.

I really really need to recoup some of that money on this thing.

I never really sold links,i heard about it,what i am asking is some help in figuring out how to sell some on it :

1.How many links is enough ?
2.How much would i charge for a link ? Monthly or one time fee ?
3.Where would i place the links in the best interest of my customer ?
4.Ive read that you need to regularly update the PR 4 blog for it to maintain PR,will the new posts on it develop PR ?
5.Where would i go to sell the links ? I kinda wish i would sell them here cause ....i like the forum ,but any suggestions are welcomed.

Well PR post goes in 3 - 5 $

If you are offering permanent post which will not stick on homepage

for 5 - 10 days then 3 - 5$ are fine

If you want to sell homepage sticky post which will remain active always on homepage

Then you charge monthly like 3 $ monthly

And place 1 link in eachh post
