PR 3 webiste but deindexed?

Hi. I have a PR 3 webiste, its a .co.cc domain, yeah i know it sux, but its made for my physics teacher. So, all the .co.cc-s are deindexed, i checked the domain just for fun and its PR3. I was like .
So, questions :
If i redirect it to a .com the .com will have pr3 but fake. is that worth anything? (the fake pr3)
If i make a backlink from the pr3 site to another thats worthless, because its deindexed right?
Uhh and 0 backlinks! So unique content matters!

One of my websites got a PR5 after being deindexed (made a jump from PR0) but unfortunately it became a PR N/A after a few days...

Fake redirect is worth nothing..
And PR updates doesn't follow the web index - I will be downgraded to N/A withina few days..
