Just because it has a PR of 3 doesn't mean shi* PR3 isn't really that high anyways. Try Flippa, but note most people want a site that has PR that actually turns over money with adsense. Also if the domain has a EMD or keywords for a ninche that makes money, that will increase the value. How many visitors do you get each month/day give more information.

I have seen PR3 health niche site without any profits, earlier used as part of some private blog network, sold on Flippa for $200.

Depends on the backlink profile. I've paid between $30-50 for PR3s in the past.

That is assuming the domain's only selling point is the PR and the backlink profile. If the domain itself is very good (brand-able, can be remembered, etc) then the value goes up accordingly.

Only the PR is not sufficient. You should give other data as unique visit per day, how old is the domain, etc...
