If I was going to do this, there isn't really any point in doing it with a pr10, just do it with loads of pr 3-6 sites then sell all the domains, just because pr10 makes it look even faker
 
i see PR 10 too, But this is Fake, Why so many questions about this? You Guys are on BHW :) you should know about this :)

This is not a domain purchased from godaddy or name... its a very genuine domain. The only thing is that the PR... Where the hell did that come from? There is no redirect... I checked it a long ago......

you can just buy high PR domains from sites like godaddy auction, namejet, dynadot or freshdrop.net. They're not genuine.

Looks like this is what had been done.(from Google Search):)

1. Buy a domain.
2. 301 Redirect the domain either in you .htaccess, PHP header (anything server side) to a page with the desired page rank.

The main drawback is that your site will not actually be indexed by Google as long as you are redirecting the Googlebots to your competitors site, so it?s really only good for link selling / trading.

I don't know but for me I believe anything in the world is with Mistakes and YES MISTAKES HAPPEN , I think even the Site Owner might not know he has PR10 , The site looks pretty newbie to me. It's like this guy here in BHW who has something like 189842717461 Thank !!! , He got lucky and I guess he isn't alone. It's just one site that we found
 
Yes there are lots..... This is only one, but the fact is that no one knows how it is done....
