WTF it shows PR 10 unbelievable how could some one get PR 10 in 4 months!!

you'd have to be pretty gullable to believe this is genuine, he should have made it pr8 or so to make it more believable.
Though if you base a site solely on it's pr you deserve to be separated from your cash

But this is one very smart person, he sold links from this page for $400 and $200 over at a different data processing forum. Since he is selling links, he is black hat and so is his customer. The customer cannot complain about the fake PR because they will have to admit to buying links, which results in a ban.
It is the perfect online blackmail, until someone files a law suit for fraud.

That is fake pr. Anyone can do using redirect 301.

it isnt fake but at the same time i dont think it would be there for long.
I got a site which got PR 4 with very less backlinks and in the next update i.e: currently its Pr 0.. lol
Google's algo is awesome
Geez, it is fake. You should probably not go into flipping sites or buying links. Even the whtehouse.gov is PR9
