You are kidding right? impossible to get PR 10 by on-site SEO.

I am checking this site if the PR is fake or not. so far every website and tools reporting PR 10.

Best method to check manually if the PR is fake or not buy searching on Google info:domain.com and it saying valid

You 301 redirect to a site with high PR. Wait for a PR update, this will pass on the PR. Remove the redirect, build the site up and there you go. The PR will then drop at the next update. Some people do this prior to selling a site, because they are twats.

It's not fake buddy, it's not redirected from any other domain. Check yourself before telling fake.
EDIT: Oops, I checked and wasn't able to to see that. Sorry, my bad and thanks pooinmyloo for opening my eyes. Will check again after clearing cookies and private data, lets see if it was my browser mistake.

All sites like that with PR10 are mostly fake and redirected, so don't waste your time and effort on them.
