PPV Using it for more than just AFF offers

Hey all, Ive been looking into getting into PPV and
wanted to do it seems something a bit different than the norm of
promoting aff offers.

Specifically I wanted to make the LP's work more for me.

1. Grab Email
2. Have Secondary POP offer when trying to close Window #<---- can this be done with PPV LP's?
3. Retargetting Pixels
-- Something like SiteScout Retargetting lists and / or I heard there is now FaceBook Retargetting

I wanted to basically get the retargetting going, Figured that would be a great way to get
a list made regardless if the user makes an action or not.

If anyone has any info on these ideas I would be greatly appreciative to hear more about them.

Also as a Side idea, If I am an affiliate for a product.
Can I just bid for the Product signup page URL, and have my LP
drop a cookie for my aff code then just redirect them to signup page?

Or is this too blackhat / crazy / dumb / impossible? or all of the above..

Just trying to think outside the box here.
