This takes place over a 8 mo. period. I assume that is in not just the company i tested but probably the norm. considering I've seen enough shady shit on other networks. What i noticed was that conversion went down month after month systemically. Stats should have stayed static more or less. Month 1 - 6.60% Month 2 - 5.18% Month 3 - 4.51% Month 4 - 3.86% Month 5 - 3.42% Month 6 - 3.60% Month 7 - 3.00% Month 8 - 2.10% Now you may think that of course conversion goes down, the landing page is old etc. That has no impact on these stats, and the system i am using. I have a control group that converts always at over 12% monthly (up to 20%) for the same exact target. Theoretically that is what LI should be converting at as well (and in all honesty probably is, but it aint coming to me). Now their traffic maybe not as good as my control group, fair enough. . but I'm postive that this target with a large enough audience (LI's base is millions) to get a fair representation converts at at least 4-7%. I always thought that PPV inflates impressions, but now i'm pretty certain that LI does for sure. PPV has always been sketchy, and I'm not even allowed to speak on bhw about how the system gets its traffic originally. Those of you who don't understand the ppv game very well. . stay away, its going to the toliet.
