I want to start my own PPV network paying people per 1000 views but can't find a script any where... I can use a free one and customize it to my needs but can't find one any where.

I don't think you will find such script for free bro, if you want to start a PPV network you're going to need to have some money to invest.

If their was a script for public use it would be everywhere and would be already useless cause some people have a head start and ur site wouldn't be unique .
