PPV Platform That Allows Bidding By Domain

Can you guys suggest good PPV platforms that will allow me to bid by domain? I have few campaigns running on RTX which I would like to move to additional sources. Just checked that popads won't allow me to bid by domain. For eg. I would like to show my popups only on apple.com or microsoft.com.

I tries to look for sodamedia and nothing related to ads appeared, do you mind to post the domain please? as well I went to the rapsio site and I saw little information, what has been your experience working with them? what is the minimum deposit? have you had any results? are you promoting something that pays you by sale or by lead?

I dont remember minimum deposit. I have been using them for years. I think its 500 usd or less.
Specially sodamedia have great volume and interface.
I target domains of competitors that I find by scraping url with urlscraper.net
Offers I promote are by cpa, cps and revshare.
I suggest you try with gambling offers, binary or payday loans. I had great results with those.
