Ppv: Direct linking to offers w/ popup

I went to look at the landing page for a ppv offer and it has an email signup popup window offering something free if they submit their email.

Is it a bad idea to promote sites with this popup directly without my presell landing page? I want to send traffic direct to offers, but if they are just going to show a popup within the ppv popup, will that kill conversion rates?

Also, some ppv networks don't allow so called "entry pops".. which this might be considered. What network you using? LI doesn't at least like them..
