Nobody likes sharing PPV information because there is such stiff competition on the costs of targets.
There are definitely some VERY blackhat things you can do in conjunction with PPV...you'll just have to think about it though. It's a pretty simply thought.

which is of course against their TOS, but if you discreetly do this...that would be killer.
Yeah like cookie stuffing but Mediatraffic (for exemple) blank the referrer if I remember well, so it's quite difficult to set a cookie with a valid referrer without user action.
Plus, it's quite easy to catch you: many many cookies set, and very few sells...maybe I'm wrong, and I hope so![]()
Think sessions...you don't want to blank the referrer...you just want to make sure that your AM sees something they consider "appropriate" when they go to check on it.
PPV = LASER frickn' targeting brother...maybe you have conversion ratio problems when cookie stuffing the general internet, but it's not a problem when you can target ANYTHING you want.
