PPS Question

I'm going to message my aff manager soon the same question I just wanted to ask here first in case someone had experience with this and could give me a quicker answer. I've been promoting a crak revenue offer that's pays $50 for the sign up. On the 24th I got 24 people to sign up but apparently it's only for the free trial so nothing converted. I looked it up and apparently they ask for your CC and give you a free 2-day trial, afterwards they charge you the full months membership. It's the 27th today and still haven't gotten a conversion. I was under the impression that after the two days would pass i would start getting at least 1 or 2 of those trials to convert, but no dice. So i'm wondering if either they all canceled there membership before the two day trial or does it take a longer period of time before these offers convert? Anybody have any input?

I've attached an image below for reference. If you're wondering about the stats, I stopped redirecting traffic there because i wanted to make sure it was an offer that was worthwhile promoting.

They sign up there for free, when they submit their CC & charged then you get paid if they dont charge back before 2days trial. Its for PPS.
But if you promote PPL then you will get paid when they signup freely & PPL has some condition.
