Hey Guys

I found a Pay per lead( only sign up) for 28 dollar per lead.
This is yummy...
I registerd allready some with the white hat method.

Does somebody can help me with a black hat method?
Craigist, facebook and forums i tried already without any results

Yes, there ain't no such thing as a $28 PPL offer, you can be happy if you get $3 or $4 at most. OP got that wrong and more than likely it's a free trial offer with CC submit. Either this or a scam network, which fucks their affiliates over by taking the traffic and not paying anything.

Paying 28 dollars for an email lead is not a sustainable business model.
