Is there any PPI network that offers clean files with no viruses? I tried media king file - 8/46 positve results according to virustotal, perinstallcash - 2/46. I'm afraid to spread viruses

Are toolbars considered as viruses? Which PPI offers files with toolbar installation after user acceptance?

Toolbars have ads so they are considered adware but they don't do any harm to user's computer except showing him ads.If I were you,I would not worry about these things.
Just go make $$$

There are several types of viruses.
these that made changes to your software and registry and other soft like cosmetics
virus is or malware a activity log script like microsoft validity check or a track program like is this installed correct?
Another example is . if you press ctlr alt del or just type task manager the you will see a program go0gleupdate.exe for me this is unwanted aka pup.
many if not all antivir progs run under public reaction so if we decide to send go0gleupdate.exe as pup to norton database and they not self check. the go0gle browser will alert norton antivir.
