Hello.
With PPI sites can you recommend on with I can find their .exe file with their offers ( I wanna bundle it and make silent installer )

i dont quite understand your point, but i guess you need a silent way to install .exe file you can do so by hiring a programmer and have him build you a simple script for that

I mean for example somoto offer their own download manager with weight like 500 kb, I would like to make an file with original installer + add there offers from PPI - installer will weight as a original one e.g. Kaspersky AV - 180 mb, not 500 kb, or as NewYorkrules said, silent install is a good option aswell I know my english is not good, but hope I explained a lil bit more what I want to know

Pack it in image and when he open image he automatically run the .exe

Thats the point, with service can offer to get .exe with their offers in it ( malware aswell may be )
