PPI talk is allowed?

Last time i checked PPI went the way of the dodo along with CS (if you don't know the acronym don't bother) and others. Before I post here, can someone legitimate fill me in if there are do's and dont's here? Of course its somewhat acceptable because there is a forum section now, but still. . For years BHW has had a PPV section although one of the methods of how many of the PPV guys got their traffic (PPI) was 'not talked about'. Furthermore, there is a large amount of stuff that PPI covers, some of it is nice and clean, other things are not so nice.

I've been on this forum for 6 years without a ban, and don't want to ruffle any feathers in this area. With no idea of what is and isn't permissible, I figured it would be best for me to ask first before seeing 'BANNED' above my squeaky clean name. If no one knows can people get a warning before getting a straight up ban on this topic. Mods/Anyone? Thanx
