PPI question

hey guys im new, what is ppi and how to make $50 a day with it?

Haha, just kidding!
I've been a regular lurker of this forum for some time now. I didn't register until now, since sadly I'm not much of a poster.
Anyway I'd like to ask you lot if there is a ppi network like media-kings. By that I mean one where I do not need to provide an actual software.
You need to apply and get accepted to use OneInstaller or BetterInstaller and it's no point for me if they ask me to provide my actual software.
So is there a ppi that allows you to just change the name of its installer and post it for people to download?

I am also looking for a ppi network. Sometime back, i used cashmylinks and they were doing good for me but these days, i can't even get a single conversion with them.
