What are some good PPI networks that allow:

Torrents
Hacks
Fake Apps

Alternatively are there any PPIs that do not check your files?

Talk to an AM to make sure your method complies or is acceptable with their rules. That's the best thing to do in order to be sure. I myself discuss those things with my AM to feel some confidence if I'll give it a go or not.

I work with netcashrevenue.com I have loads of traffic from parasites and also my download sites. They are fine with this.

You can easily find private networks and mix in some quality traffic if you plan on the long term.

Go for private networks or talk with someone in your PPI network higher than the account manager
