PPI network advertisers

[FONT=arial, sans-serif]Hello, We are looking into starting a PPI network, And we're looking for advertisers to bundle with software installers. Someone who is willing to work with their publishers on a 1 to 1 basis / Reliable with decent rates / net's. Any recommendations? If any one here on the BHW community owns an advertising network that supports PPI please PM me as well.
