Hi, i am searching pay per install network that accept mac traffic too and that pay in payoneer.

Can someone help me?

It's going to be hard to find. I know some networks redirect their mac traffic to mac landing page with automatic download but beside that they are not optimizing it much, for the simple reason that there are too few malware companies working on Apple systems.
