Does PPI exist for Android? I'm using PPD right now for my mobile site but the conversation rates are so bad Do you guys know of anything?

From a developer perspective that kind of APK downloads are almost useless because they are not targeted in any way and they don't affect the rankings on the major app stores, so I would imagine that a network like that (it probably exists) would offer very very low rates unless we are talking about subscription-based apps.

I know there is at least one network because there are dozens of point based apps that have you install and use apps for X minutes to get points to cash out for gift cards. The rate is probably pretty low though.

Use StartApp and get paid for each successful app installation.
