PPI file after installer. Please help!

Please Help. Currently I have tried CInstaller, Pineup, installppi.

Is there any way in which after the user is done with the PPI installer, he can get the file he came for or a link ? At the moment it seems like users are downloading a PPI and dont get anything in exchange. Am I doing something wrong ?

So for instance if someone downloads a "Hack" after he is done with the installer I would like the .zip file for the hack or a URL to open up is that even possible ?

I dont think you will find that stuff, only via content lockers/cpa... pinapfile had that option before, now dont.
