I want to enter the PPI field, the thing is, I know next to nothing about Internet law. Regarding PPI, what makes an executable legal? And since this is the Internet which doesn't know borders, to which country's laws has the PPI company/website/executable abide to?

I am from Germany, and surprisingly it isn't illegal here. You could even create a bot net or completely control the computer of your victim. However this depends from country to country.

PPI is used by almost all large antivirus and freeware sites. So it's not illegal. The software you're installing may or may not be illegal, but paying for installs is not.

Most the time all you need is a checkbox somewhere saying "I agree" and it's legal.

Iam going into PPI too, but not talking about legality here, I believe respondent above me have answered your question.
All I need is highly paying PPI network, with Internationally or worldwide traffics and they can cash out via Payoneer either weekly or at worse bi-weekly.
