It seems many of the top earners on some well known ppd websites are doing just that.

If you really know that they're doing that, what's the point of this thread. You already know it works right? Why create a thread and give 50 more people the idea you got?

Basically, you just buy traffic to your website, after that you get into some download exchange groups, exchange and get profit from it.
You can also make a JV with someone from France who has a modem, so he can change IPs.
Anyway, pretty nice method.
