Alof of PPD's will say they don't allow it in forum posts or in their Terms and Conditions but if you speak directly with the owner they'll probably allow it. PM me and I'll tell you a PPD that allowed me to do it.

The correct answer is none of them/all of them. Just don't name the file something which is obviously adult oriented.

Mostly ppd don't allow adult & hacking content.

CPALead provided an adult PPD service since 8-9 months ago.

MgCash might still have the option and allowed it since 2011.

These are the only two networks that convert well with it, make sure you tick the adult content button so they don't shut you off.
