ppd site redesign Fast

i bought a ppd script.Its apperance is very poor.I need some one who can redesign the gui.It include all the core files.Only you have to modify its apperance and make look like a new one.Am looking for the cheapest person who can do this work in a day.because no need of programing at all required.
