PPD Question

Are there any PPD websites that don't require a SSN/Bank Account to sign up? I only have a paypal which isn't verified account on hand, is that enough for me to be able to get into the PPD business?

If this is a stupid question, just simply answer with a "No" that's all, thanks.

Pretty sure s.h.a.r.e.c.a.s.h never needed any of that. I also just signed up to Cleanfiles but yet to be approved so not sure about that one yet.
