PPD named Creature files or something similar?

Earlier today I accidentally stumbled upon what I think was a PPD that was called creatures files or something like that it had like a little yellow monster head as a logo from what I remember. I never heard of or seen them before does anyone know anything about them or who this creature files are affiliated with? I forgot to save the link so I lost it and have no idea about them
