PPD Methods 2014 - Help !

Hello guyz , I want to ask you some methods for PPD
What I Tried :
1) Youtube ( I have make 41$ in like 32 days , I have 14 years ... I'm not to good at this , but my videos and account got deleted , i use a normal name youtube name , not names like "X game hack 2014" and I watch some videos , subscribe to chanels and like videos like a normal youtube user)
2) Forums (Post and account banned) ... =[

About me :
1) I know how to use VB2010
2) I know how to make a good youtube video
3) I know how to edit some photos ( not photoshop)

What I need
1) Tell me a good PPD method and remember I'm just 14 xD
2) I need a SMS reciver site to make google / youtube accounts beacose my numbers can't be used more than 3 times
3) An IP changer if any1 got
4) A survey bypasser

If you keep getting your accounts on youtube banned then just make more accounts and upload more videos. Buy a shitload of pva accounts from someone and start uploading every day. As long as you can cover your account costs and the cost of ranking then you'll be earning money. And you need private proxies if you want the ability to change IPs. There are some services which will let you switch ips, but I'm 99% sure they are already used to death and will be an instant ban. And I've never heard of a survey bypasser, why would you even need this? Just complete someone's survey if it means you can earn more money. Else you should try looking at different ways of driving traffic such as social media or SEO.

Me : There are some scripts who bypass a survey and I need it beacose in my country all surveys are 100% paid and they cost like 3$-5$ , I'm from Romania. I need to steal some files from others who make fake softwares with Visual Basic beacose I need to spend to much time to do 1 on my own ( I know how to do but it takes like 30 minutes to do a VB program and like 20 min to do a perfect youtube video , I can do them on my own but I don't have to much time)
