PPD Help!

I have a classic Paypal money adder Youtube video. Included in the vid is a link to download the actual money adder. I am set up with dollaruploads. But im not getting much traffic at the moment. How can I drive traffic to my video. Also what are some other ideas that I can promote on PPD networks. I am new but trying hard. Take me under your wing, show me the way.

hello t.s im also ppd user and doing Youtube as my source of traffics, you can drive traffic for your video by ranking it up, supply High retention views,Likes,comments and subs into it. and when you see it rank in page 1-3 then you will absolutely getting huge traffics. and convert into $$$ ..
