PPD/CPA copyright lawsuit question

So i was wondering, if I were to use copyrighted files for my ppd/cpa offers, how likely am I to get slapped with a lawsuit?

I know many of you will advise me not to use copyrighted or fake files, but i honestly can't think of anything downloadable which i could make myself.
And if I could make something that could produce a substantial amount of income($50/day and up) from ppd/cpa....I'd probably look for better ways of monetization.

I used to do exactly what your doing. I never got anything more than a DMCA file removal.

If you're concerned about it, then I would suggest buying a VPS and having your files on there.

Lawsuits are rarely used, because they are quite expensive and take long time. If lawsuits were common there would be only small amount of people who would use copyrighted material, but lawsuit might happen. But mostly you'd get a DMCA removal request

Don't worry about lawsuits especially if you're not making lots of $$$. Usually a DMCA notice is what happens in these cases.
