PPD Advice needed

Hello all BHW members,

after weeks of reading this excellent forum I have decided to take action too. Please, excuse my English as it is a second language.
I have decided to go for PPD+website as my first project and need some advice.
So, what I have done. I did build a simple website with a option to sign up to my e-mail list.
It is all about free articles which the visitors can download free of charge from PPD website, but the main use of the website will be getting people to sign up to my e-mail list as a option for them to make money online.
If they sign up, they will get an e-mail every day with 20 files (different files each day) to download from PPD website and complete the surveys which will make some cash and they will get $8-10 daily.

The question is: Will I get ban from the PPD website if I pay people to download my files even if they signed up to my e-mail list?

I will listen to any advice from members of this forum.

From threads that I have read about people getting banned my answer would be yes, paying people to download your file is against the TOS, and you will be found out eventually,flags would be raised if the same IP is downloading files vigorously and your AM may ask to provide the link you are sending them to if not the file you are providing.

The first part of your method sounds perfect, where by they opt-in on your email list,I'm sure if they have opted in your email list you have valuable content that they want, so why not send them more valuable content and just get them to fill in the survey, by them opting in on your email list you would have already half captured their trust,so by sending them more free valuable content and mixing it up with locked content they would be happy to fill in the survey. Although it may still raise flags and your AM may ask for the link or proof of the file you shouldn't be banned as going by what you mentioned "Its all about free articles" "make money online" this shouldn't be against their TOS.

So, you are suggesting that I should just send e-mails to my mailing list with some free articles pointing to a PPD website.
What I had on my mind was that the subscriber of mine will get an e-mail with free articles of their choice pointing to a PPD website, fill in the surveys, download the articles and get a share of the money that I will be paid.
Hope that you know what I mean. Nobody needs to know that they get any money for downloading.
Could that be classed as an E-mail Marketing? That should not be against TOS.
